Expenses paid with Apple Wallet appear in Allotti on their own

iPhone only. Add the shortcut, then set up the automation once.

The Shortcuts app opens with the shortcut ready.

Add the shortcut to Allotti

Set up the automation in four steps

  1. Create the automation. Open Shortcuts, tap Automation, then the +.
  2. When you pay with Wallet. Choose Transaction, card: Any Card. Tap Next.
  3. Add the Allotti action. New empty shortcut, search Allotti, choose Add expense to Allotti.
  4. Connect the four fields. Amount, Merchant, Card and Name: each to its Wallet value. "Show When Run" stays off. Name the shortcut "Allotti Wallet".

Amount, Merchant, Card and Name are picked from the Wallet data. The last switch stays off.

You pay. The draft is already in Allotti.

At your next Wallet payment the expense arrives in Allotti as a draft to complete, for example Esselunga €23.40.
